% DRI = percent of daily reference intake for adults.
A question we often get is whether to swallow the bear whole or chew it like a candy.
We recommend chewing it because the body will absorb the ingredients that make you tired faster. The size of the bear also makes it difficult to swallow. Sömnis gummy bears taste great and are sugar-free so you can take them after brushing your teeth.
The natural substances in Sömnis gummy bears need at least 10 days to build up in the body, after which the full effect can begin to be felt.

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you have received a product that you have ordered. However, we apply a customer satisfaction guarantee that extends your right of withdrawal to 30 days if you regret your purchase for any reason. This also applies to broken packaging as we at Sömnis want you to be able to try the product and have the right to withdraw.
This only applies to the “Starter Package” which costs 299 SEK and has free shipping.
If you purchase any of our other packages, the 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to unopened packaging.
To use the warranty, you need to return the jar to us, even if it is opened.
Please contact our customer service to start the return process. Once we have received the jar, we will process your refund according to our terms and conditions.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. The message should be sent to kontakt@somnis.se.
Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 60 days after the withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged.
For returns:
Mark the package: Complaint + Order number.

*Important* Your return must NOT be sent to a representative but must be sent directly to our company address. Returns sent to a representative will not be collected by us and no refund will be made.
Returns with insufficient postage will not be refunded. You as the customer are responsible for the return fee.
Complaints procedure:
Any errors and defects should always be reported to kontakt@somnis.se where you state your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error. Please note that the confirmation email you receive after the order is placed cannot be replied to. We appreciate it if you take the time to provide feedback on our service and product as it helps us to improve.
When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

Our normal delivery times are 1-2 weekdays. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If there are any delays in delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us
We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
